At 1:00 pm, Bob, from Arizona Shuttle, picked us up at the house and delivered us to their depot on Speedway. At 2:00 we joined several other travelers and were driven up I-10 to Phoenix. Along the way we stopped to pick up two students at the University of Arizona. |

The two-hour ride to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport was uneventful and quiet, and we took the Crown Plaza Airport Shuttle to the hotel and checked in at 4:45 pm. |
Met son Ryan, his beautiful wife Carrie and our gorgeous granddaughter Samantha for a fun dinner at Ruby Tuesdays across from the hotel. |

After a fun dinner we said our goodbyes, walked back to the hotel and were in bed by 8 pm in order to get up at 4 am for our 7 am flight to Newark then on to Athens, Greece! |
